Great leaders are remembered for the little things they do every day.

Andres started where many people start, at the bottom, and moved forward one role at a time. His first formal leadership position was a coordinator role in his home country, where he had responsibility for a team but no playbook for how to lead one.

Over the years, each role added new pressures, new team dynamics, and new lessons about what makes people trust a leader. His philosophy centers on consistency, accountability, communication, recognition, and the daily development of others.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, earned Cum Laude distinction, and is pursuing an MBA in Management and Leadership. He continues learning from mentors, colleagues, and leaders who challenge his thinking and strengthen his practice.
